Note: Purchased the medium springs, single AAL and option to have coilovers assembled. Did not purchase the top hat, the upper control arms, or ubolt flip kit.
Shipping (rating 4/5): Arrived in 3 separate boxes padded with cut cardboard. Was organized and came with all parts needed. Leaf pack box could've used a bit more padding, since it's long and heavy, it arrived peeking out of a hole in the packaging.
Quality (5/5): All heavy-duty, sturdy materials. Leafs, springs, camber bolts, and ubolts were all clean, and free of scratches. No concerns with anything breaking under load. Wish the ubolts were a few threads longer as the nuts are sitting close to flush with the tip. Shouldn't be a problem with proper torque, but would be nice for peace of mind.
Install (3/5): Did DIY at home, but it definitely required a few extra tools besides the typical hand tools. 4in C-clamps to hold the leafs in place when inserting the center leaf bolt, rotary tool or sawzall to cutoff the excess center leaf bolt ,9/16 drill bit for the ubolt holes in the mounting plate, extra jacks/stands to hold up rear diff, extra jack to lift axle into place to make contact with the leafs before inserting the ubolts. May be easier with car lift or with plenty of experience. For first time suspension install with low mechnical experience overall not bad but prep and patience is key.
Finished Product (5/5): Overall, gave me about 3.75in lift in front, 2 in in rear on my stock Pro-X Yours may vary slightly. After about 3k miles, still no problems with fitment, loosening, or noise.
Also came with 2 Bilstein and 1 ADO sticker ;)
